Cat found reading with students at Obafemi Awolowo University
It's not every day you find a cat sitting down like other students to study. This cat was photographed sitting on a bench with a book opened in between its paws in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. While students went to Awo cafe to read, the cat joined them, took up space on an empty bench and began looking through a book to the amusement of other studying students.I guess its about time animals begin on seek for knowledge as well.

CASTED UNILORITES!!!
Is there really anything that cannot be done on Social Media in this jet age? Well, a big shout out to some set Unilorin students as they launched an Instagram account called “CASTED UNILORITES” with the aim of showcasing students who do extremely cool things and also those who do the extremely bad things.
Are you that type of student that is good at dating someone else’s girlfriend or boyfriend? Stealing things in public places? Are you skilled at using expo during exams or you just do something weird, don’t be surprised if you suddenly become popular on campus as these people are all around campus, getting the information they need in a very coded manner.

On the other-hand, if you are just a brilliant student who knows it all, the “Efiwe’s’’ and “Omniknowest,” well this publicity should go well for you.
In order not to get CASTED, Unilorites, act careful and wisely as everyone is now under somebody’s radar.

#UNICAL GIST: STUDENT CENTRE REOPENED AFTER A DECADE!!

It seems the almighty has finally answered the prayers of the students as authorities of the University of Calabar, have eventually re-opened the popular Student center after ten years of putting it under lock and key.
The current SUG president, Comrade Afufu Anthony, moved the notion for the re-opening of the centre which was accepted by the School Management.
Before it was shut down, the student centre used to be the fun/busiest spot on campus.
Lord knows the type of rat civilization the fumigators will encounter while cleaning the place up.

STUDENTS WITH THE WORST G.P IN #UNILORIN TO RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIP
Nigerian-born Professor at the University of Oxford, Professor Chris Imafidon has promised to give a scholarship to the students of Unilorin with the worst grade points.
Prof. Imafidon announced this in the institution’s recent convocation ceremony. This got lecturers arguing with him but he assured them that they would be shocked at the improvement of the students’ academic performance. He also said that if in three years, they don’t become the best students of the universities, he would stop the scholarship and apologise publicly. Prof Imafidon has a history of placing a bet on the oddest things when it comes to education.
This decision is still a shocker to all students. Having the worst grade in a university might not be a bad thing after all; if all philanthropists subscribe to the opinion of this professor about poor students.
