Cat found reading with students at Obafemi Awolowo University

It's not every day you find a cat sitting down like other students to study. This cat was photographed sitting on a bench with a book opened in between its paws in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. While students went to Awo cafe to read, the cat joined them, took up space on an empty bench and began looking through a book to the amusement of other studying students.I guess its about time animals begin on seek for knowledge as well.

The convocation ceremony of the University of Lagos has been postponed after so much preparations had been done by both the managements and the convocating students as a result of the ongoing NASU strike.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Ogundipe, made it known in an interview that the activities of NASU always have a way of marring the carefully laid out arrangements already put in place. He also said that a new date will be fixed for the ceremony.

Some of the convocating students wonder why they had already made payments before the convocation ceremony got postponed and they all wait with high hopes that a new date is fixed as soon as possible.

#UNICAL GIST: STUDENT CENTRE REOPENED AFTER A DECADE!!

Image may contain: 4 people, crowd and indoor
It seems the almighty has finally answered the prayers of the students as authorities of the University of Calabar, have eventually re-opened the popular Student center after ten years of putting it under lock and key.
The current SUG president, Comrade Afufu Anthony, moved the notion for the re-opening of the centre which was accepted by the School Management.
Before it was shut down, the student centre used to be the fun/busiest spot on campus.
Lord knows the type of rat civilization the fumigators will encounter while cleaning the place up.
