An ousted student of the University of Ibadan, Olatinwo Philip has charged the Institution to court for expelling him. Olatinwo is also demanding N10 million for damages and compensation.

Sources revealed that, Philip has completed all legal consultations and has proceeded to the Federal High Court, Ibadan to initiate a legal process to demand for his reinstatement as a student of the school.

Philip was expelled last year after the rumble that broke out between students of ldia hall and Zik hall. But,all efforts to prove his innocence has yielded no result. This led to the legal action against the Institution for damages.
