#UNILAG GIST: SAD END FOR STUDENTS TURNED ROBBERS

Every day is for the thief and a day for the owner, this saying aptly describe the tale of two Unilag students cooling off in Police cell over the robbery of a popular artist, Mr 2Kay.
Ademola Balogun and Obinna Igwe were both students of Unlag contracted to beat Mr 2Kay up and also to rob him of his personal effects in his hotel room.
The sad incident which happened a month ago left their victim spending days in the hospital.
Inside sources told HashTagCampus that, the duo of Ademola and Obinna were paid N50, 000 each to carry out the evil act. They were accompanied by a third party who is an artisan.
The robbers carted away items worth millions of naira which includes an automatic gold wristwatch, gold jewelry, and pair of Adidas shoes, phones and some other valuable items.
It was said that another foremost artist, known as Burna Boy sent them on the mission that led to their water-loo.
