Out of the five candidates who contested for the highest position in the FUNAAB Students’ Union, Mr. Awosanya Kehinde of the Department of Water Resources Management and Agrometeorology, College of Environmental Resources Management (COLERM), has emerged the winner.
Recently, he presented his manifesto and programmes alongside other contestants to the students’ electorate at the maiden Presidential Debate, organised by Top-Notch Writers Organisation in collaboration with the African Liberty Student Organisation, Future Savers Club, Idea Processing Nigeria, Tagwa Station and FUNAAB Juice.
Addressing the large turn-out of students, who thronged the Julius Amioba Okojie Lecture Theatre III venue of the debate, the aspirants promised to take the Students’ Union body to the next level as student welfare issues would top their priority.
