#OAU gist: "Exams with NO LIGHT!!...Dr Ogunjobi has a car worth N44.1m?"

Students of Obafemi Awolowo University have been left sick and tired of the social inconveniences that have been affecting students on campus; most especially the power blackout.

Students are having exams!!! for Pete's sake!!!!

SUG President,  Oyekan Ibukun was at a press conference recently to clear out the air as regards electricity; among other pressing issues. He confirmed that the power outage was from the Ajebamidele power distribution station and that the station lacked maintenance.

So there will not be consistent power supply till only God knows.

As regards rummors spreading around campus about a N44.1m vehicle purchased for the university's Pro-chancellor, Dr Yomi Ogunjobi, the SUG president described the stories as unfounded as the Pro Chancellor has denied anything of such.

However, the painful thing about all these stories is that, students are still writing examination without electricity!! Make the lord be with you all look!!
