Prof. Lale Ndowa, who emerged as VC of University of Port Harcourt in October 2015 was on a verge of loosing his post as VC in this past two months, due to the hitch between the school management and the students.
After been charged to court and suspended from the university board , the court has ruled all to his favour and he has been reinstated as the Vice Chancellor of the University again.
